Format: Swiss System, 4 rounds

Dates: Every Friday (Apr 24 – May 15)

Time: 7 – 8:30am (Rounds start promptly at 7:15am)

Entry fee: Free (We ask that you order a coffee or pastry to support the shop)

Prizes: 1st place gets a card worth 5 FREE drinks

Time control: G/25 min + 10 sec increment (approx. 1 hour-long games)

Schedule:

• Check-in • 7:00 – 7:10am (7:10am is the registration deadline. Pairings will be finalized immediately after.)

• Rounds • Clocks start at 7:15am

Byes: One 1/2 point bye (pre-requested absences) available for any round if requested before round 1.

Tiebreaks: To determine rankings for prizes when players finish with the same score, the order of tiebreak methods used is Solkoff, Cumulative Opposition, Cumulative, Modified Median.

This event is limited to 16 participants.
